Update on Child Care and Out of School Hours Care

In our submission to the Henry Review of Australia’s Future Tax System we discussed inter alia the losses to the revenue from  taxation expenditures, and developed the argument specifically in relation to taxation expenditures and child care.

In addition, we are collaborating with Women Speak and Security for Women in campaigning to have the Government make a reference on a new means of funding child care and OSHC to the Productivity Commission.
